How payment works
You pay online at checkout. Digital products are delivered by instant download. Custom work is priced and agreed with you in writing before it starts.
Refunds
Digital products: if a product doesn't do what its page says, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll fix it or refund you. Custom work: if we can't deliver what we agreed, we'll fix it or refund you.
Privacy
When you send a request, your name, email and message are passed through our form provider, FormSubmit, and emailed to us. The confirmation step may use Google reCAPTCHA. We use your details only to reply to your request, and we don't sell them. This site doesn't use its own cookies or analytics. To have your details deleted, email us. Please don't include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a request.
Terms
Our products and tools are provided as they are described on their pages. Any example rates in them are starting points, not financial or legal advice, so please check them against your own costs. Some of our work uses AI-assisted tools, and we'll tell you when it does. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under the law.
